Description
YZSL series asphalt storage tank belongs to self heating, with double heating systems. The structure is compact, easy installation and transportation, easy operation, high level of automation and no pollution during the construction. The bitumen tank is widely used currently.
Cylinder shape asphalt heating tank main components
Mainly include tank body(including insulation layer), diesel burner, built-in combustion chamber (including thermal oil jacket layer), multirow flue and thermal oil coils, asphalt pump, thermal oil circulation pump, thermal oil expansion tank, asphalt temperature control system, thermal oil temperature control system, liquid level meter, pipeline and asphalt pump heat tracing system, asphalt entrance and exit, climbing ladder, switch box and discharge manger.
Working principle
The device has a built-in combustion chamber with a thermal oil jacket layer, and the multirow of flue and the thermal oil coil. The thermal oil is heated by the flame in the jacket layer, then the hot thermal oil is pumped and passed through the coil to heat the asphalt, meanwhile, the hot exhaust also heat the asphalt through the multirow flue, so the two methods including the high temperature flue and the hot thermal oil coil heat the asphalt at the same time.
Features
1. Tank with large volume, low center of gravity and compact structure.
2. The bitumen tank is equipped with diesel oil burner, heating thermal oil coils and exhaust flue together, heating effect is good, no pollution.
3. With liquid level display and alarm system, easy to control bitumen liquid level height in the tank.
4. YZSL series asphalt storage tank can not only heat bitumen, also can heated oil products, chemical products, volume of tank can be customized, customer can choose anti-corrosion materials, etc.
